"Each year, when mental health awareness month is over, I wonder why we’re not encouraged to be aware of our mental health all year, every year, just as we are for our so-called physical health. The problem with the stigma around mental health is really about the stories that we tell ourselves as a society. Increasing understanding and overcoming taboos through strategic communications and social mobilization are crucial steps towards strengthening mental health programmes. However, by joining hands with the most enthusiastic and ardent UMT blogs team this mission seems quite feasible. As a saying goes ""Great things are never done by one person. They are done by a team of people"". I see myself as a relentless problem-solver and I'm always looking for a new challenge. I'm an unorthodox type of a witty person, atleast I think I am witty. Swimming, golf, horse riding, badminton and cycling have always helped me boost my self-confidence.
